At 7statravels, the security of your pilgrimage funds is our top priority. To ensure a safe and transparent booking process, please strictly adhere to the following payment guidelines:

1. No Private Payments to Employees

  • Strict Policy: Customers are strictly advised NOT to make any payments (Cash, UPI, or Bank Transfer) to the personal accounts of any 7statravels employee or agent.

  • Liability: 7statravels will not be responsible for any transactions made to individual staff accounts or given in cash to employees without an official company receipt.

2. Approved Online Methods (Via Website)

For your safety and instant booking confirmation, please use only the payment methods available at our official website checkout:

  • Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)

  • Official Company UPI (Linked directly to the 7statravels business account)

  • Net Banking

3. Physical Transactions (Office Visits)

If you prefer to make a payment in person at our office, we accept:

  • Account Payee Cheque: Drawn in favor of "7statravels".

  • Demand Draft (DD): Dedicated to our official business name.

  • Bank Transfer (IMPS/NEFT): Only to our official Business Current Account (Ask for the official bank details via our verified WhatsApp).

4. Why This Policy Exists?

  • Security: Ensures your money is legally recorded and protected.

  • Safety: Prevents unauthorized middle-man interference.

  • Verification: Every payment made through the website or official cheque generates an automated, legally valid receipt for your records.
